Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products purchased from Vending of Houston. Please read this policy before initiating a return, as it outlines the return window, eligibility requirements, and refund timeline that apply to your purchase.

2. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after this window will not be accepted unless required by applicable law or covered separately under a product’s warranty terms.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must generally:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be in the same condition as received, absent a manufacturing or shipping defect
• Include all original components, accessories, and documentation provided with the item
• Not fall under the non-returnable categories described in Section 4

Eligibility may vary by product and condition (new, used, or refurbished); any specific exclusions will be noted at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or made-to-order equipment, items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and products that have been installed, used commercially, or damaged after delivery through misuse. Any such exclusions will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us using the information in Section 12 before shipping any item back. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any applicable authorization needed before shipping the item back to us.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage in transit, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Given the size and weight of most vending equipment, return shipping is typically arranged via freight carrier; we can help coordinate this once your return is authorized. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Inspection of Returned Items

Returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm condition and completeness. Items that are damaged, missing components, or not in the condition described at the time the return was authorized may be subject to a reduced refund or return of the item to the buyer at their expense.

8. Refund processing time

Once a returned item has been received and inspected and the return is approved, we process refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered processing can typically be canceled with a full refund. Orders that have already shipped will be handled under this Refund and Returns Policy rather than as a cancellation.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery so we can arrange a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please retain original packaging where possible, as this may be needed to process a damage claim with the carrier.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
