Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and product type.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or, where applicable, local pickup. You are responsible for inspecting delivered items and notifying us promptly of any visible damage or shortage.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to the condition requirements communicated at the time of sale. To initiate a return, contact us using the information below prior to shipping any item back.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product. Certain items, including custom or made-to-order equipment, may not be eligible for return; any such exclusions will be disclosed prior to purchase.

8. Warranty

Products sold through Vending of Houston carry the warranty coverage disclosed at the time of sale, which varies by product condition (new, used, or refurbished) and typically ranges from 90 days to 2 years. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
